BEARING MUCH FRUITS

Text: John 12:24 (KJV)
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a grain of wheat fall into the earth and die, it abideth by itself alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit.
(please read the entire chapter for understanding).
THOUGHT CODE: "The bearing of fruit, the fruit of the Spirit, can only come forth by abiding in Jesus and walking in the Spirit."
God's purpose for man is to be fruitful. This can only be possible when one is dead to self and alive in Christ. The reason so many people are fruitless is because they are not grafted in Christ.
"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you.6 As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.” John 15:1-8.
The bearing of fruit, the fruit of the Spirit, can only come forth by abiding in Jesus and walking in the Spirit. To abide in Jesus is a very active lifestyle! It means to live in such a way that I am always found to be in Him, to walk hand in hand with Him, to live according to His Word. “If you abide in Me, and my words abide in you …” It is clear that abiding in Jesus has to do with His words abiding in (i.e. dwelling in, having power in) my heart and mind.
When the words of Jesus abide and have power in your heart and mind such that you obey them by the power of the Spirit, then the fruit of the Spirit, the virtues of Jesus, will also come forth in your life.
COUNSEL: The more your abide in Christ and His word abides in you, the much fruits you will bear.
PRAYER CODE: Dear Father, I receive the grace to abide in You all the days of my life in Jesus name, Amen.
