OPEN HEAVENS

Text: Luke 3:21 King James Version (KJV)
21 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,
(please read the entire chapter for understanding).
THOUGHT CODE: "If you desire to see and experience open heaven, then you must be a man or woman of prayer."
Open heaven is the distinguishable factor between you and others. Everyone was baptized, but when it became Jesus' turn the Heavens opened. In our main text today, we saw that others were baptized and watching but Jesus was being '... baptized and praying'.
You can keep the heavens open over you when you pray. Never operate under closed heaven. It is strenuous, exhaustive and frustrating. In all you do always seek divine attestation and endorsement from God.
Prayer is the access key to opening and maintaining open heavens. In James 5:17-18, "Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit."
Elijah shut and opened the heavens by the power of prayer. He understood the principles of opening and maintaining an open heaven by prayer, because the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
If you desire to see and experience open heavens, then you must be a man or woman of prayer.
COUNSEL: Make praying long and strong a consistent and continously exercise for perpetual maintenance of your opened heavens.
PRAYER: Dear Father, let the Heaven be open over my life and cause me to experience the outpouring of Your presence therein, in Jesus Name (Amen).
