THE POWER OF PATIENCE

Text: James 1:3(KJV)
"Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
(please read the entire chapter for understanding).

Patience is one of the fruits of the recreated human Spirit ,it is an evidence to show that the Holy Spirit dwells in you. It isn't the ability just to wait or endure for long, it is the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.
Patience (longsuffering or forbearance) is the ability to endure difficult circumstances such as perseverance in the face of delay; tolerance of provocation without responding in annoyance/anger; or forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties.
Patience is the level of endurance one can have before negativity. It is also used to refer to the character trait of being steadfast.
The world now is in a hurry. There are so many fast scheme systems out there; fast food, quick money, get rich quick syndrome and so many others. People no longer think before taking decisions because some devilish systems have been established to make them make wrong decisions in a hurry. Nobody wants to wait, nobody wants to endure, everyone is in a hurry to get the best out of life at the detriment of others and in the quest for all these, people go as far to kill, commit suicide, overthrow others and even manipulate the downfall of others just to take their place, position or even possession.
All these signifies that the end times are upon us. That's why patience being one of the fruits of the spirit is highly necessary for every believer in other not to be deceived or carried away by the deceptive power of overnight success.
If you want to be enlisted as one of God's endtime vessels, your faith in God shall be tried in other to build up your patience level because God is not in need of the fast and furious. God lives in eternity but performs his marvellous deeds in time.
Therefore we must enroll in the school of patience till the virtue begin to ooze out of us. God's promise concerning you have a process which must be followed in other to obtain the promise.
God is aware of man's elastic limit yet he desires that man be patient lest he makes wrong decisions.
COUNSEL: Let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
PRAYER: Dear Father, I receive the grace to be patient and not be deceived to pursue after vanity, in Jesus Name (Amen).
