Sarah Henning is an "old millennial." She also straddles the generational line between Gen X & Millennials. Like others her age, it means she has taken on characteristics of both generations, but it also enabled her to easily see the workplace and world with a multi-lens view.
Through 10 years with the same organization (HELLO GEN X-er!), holding 6 different roles (WHAT UP, MILLENNIAL) she was able to gain a unique perspective into what caused certain organizational change to work or not work.
