Welcome to Part IV of our mini-series all about mindset!
Continuing from last segment, Brandi shares about how we have learned to use the power of mindset to overcome feelings that can drag down our energy even at the beginning of the day sometimes. We share some very effective tactics we have found such as gamifying our tasks. Using creativity to bring fun into our daily routines and to structure our day in a way that keeps us engaged and enjoying ourselves (even as we're working) is one of the biggest lifehacks to make life more enjoyable – ANDget more done, faster! It's all in the attitude: staying positive and enjoying the challenges instead of stressing. We must keep the right focus on the good so that we stay motivated and energized. On the opposite end of the spectrum, having a bad attitude is always self sabotaging. It's crucial to realize that a bad attitude doesn't just happen to us, but it is a choice that we can make by reacting to the negative feelings we have at times.
