Welcome to part two of the latest installment on our unofficial series we started with Episode 6: Two Become One. The connecting concept is the necessity that we recognize the respective roles of husband and wife in their marriage. Here we describe a little bit about our process of submitting to each other in the way we pray for each other and make decisions together. We also delve a little bit more into the importance of humility and being teachable to one another, recognizing God's leadership and anointing in each other. We also explain why it is important that you begin your relationship on the even footing of each partner having a prior relationship with God. We wrap this episode up by talking about recognizing abusive behavior for what it is, and understanding that biblical submission is not meant to be given outside of love.
