Imposter Syndrome.

- Why others allow imposter syndrome to creep in and allow it to impact the way that they feel about themselves.
- Imposter syndrome and how it can allow you to doubt your skills and your talents, worrying that you will always be shown or exposed as a fraud.
- Constant comparisons, how its not great for the mind and how we should learn to love and appreciate who we are as a person, nobody is the same, nobody does everything correct.
- Imposter syndrome can cause fear, fear to step out and do something different , worrying about being constantly judged.
Kirsty wants to encourage as many people to see that these are mostly formed from beliefs, beliefs that others as well as ourselves have allowed to be instilled within us....
Beliefs are not FACTS , these can be changed, life is too short to worry about things that cannot be changed.
