Join Dr. Frederick Kawuma in his leadership adventure, between being the Executive Director/CEO of the Uganda Coffee Trade Federation in Uganda to becoming the Secretary-General of Inter-African Coffee Organization (IAOC) in Côte d’Ivoire and hear him narrate what he experienced as a seasoned leader.
As the IAOC Goodwill Ambassador, he is an African Coffee enthusiast and a promoter of entrepreneurship in the African coffee industry. Fred believes that for agriculture to alleviate poverty in Africa, commercial orientation and entrepreneurial approach must be adopted in the agriculture sector.
