Passionate about impacting the next generation of leaders, Rev. Gibson Anduvate takes us through his leadership journey from being a Kenyan university student leader to now serving as the Senior Pastor at International Christian Centre (ICC) Nairobi in Kenya. He shares how to get and engage with mentors in shaping one's leadership journey from his personal experience and the importance of visioneering for start-up leaders. Gibson gives us a glimpse of the legacy he wants to have for his family and the community at large and talks about his upcoming second book on leadership.
Rev Gibson Anduvate is an ICF Certified Executive Leadership Coach and founder of Leading Young, a leadership initiative that provides a Coaching and Leadership development platform for Government leaders, Senators, Members of the National Assembly and various Corporate Leaders. He holds a Master of Leadership Degree from the Global University, in addition to a Bachelors of Computer Science Degree from the University of Nairobi. He is also actively engaged in speaking at various national and international leadership platforms around the world. Gibson authored "Leading Young" in 2008.
