"By 40, I want to be a CEO..." These are the words of Victoria Sabula, who takes us through her career and leadership journey beginning in corporate Kenya to the Pan-African Non-profit sector. She narrates her inaugural working experience at Kenya Commercial Bank Group and transition to Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) as General Counsel and Corporation Secretary providing strategic oversight on legal advisory and compliance. Currently, Victoria is the Chief Executive Officer of Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF).
Victoria highlights the cheers and challenges of leadership as a CEO of a non-profit organization. She explains her deep passion for supporting businesses to have good governance that will positively transform rural communities throughout Africa.
