This week my momma gives me some advice! RYCJ is an avid reader, reviewer, poet, author, illustrator, book blogger, independent publisher and a writer whose work is a must to be experienced. Born from a family of Griots and storytellers, the best advice she gained at 4-years old after announcing she wanted to be a writer, was that she would need plenty of life experiences. And that she got. She has worked in corporate, banking, higher education, as an entrepreneur…was editor and producer of two widely-circulated newsletters and is the founder of OSAAT Entertainment - an independent publishing company created in 2009. In a mosaic of genres, from memoir to several novels; spiritual, historical, multicultural, erotic, and romance series, she is the author of 25 books…the most recent, Babies Raising Babies, as she also is a mother and wife. Sometimes it's not enough to simply refer to RYCJ as a book lover. To read her work, is to encounter a literary experience.
