Day 15: Take 1 Thing Off Your Plate


Some times to take away, you need to add.  I've added a todo list to take away many things physical and mental that were taking up time. Distractions unneeded.  Focus on what's important.  Stop using so much time and energy filling your mind with something you can just write down.  Build the habit of looking at this list and stop trying to remember the list.
