I just realized the irony of talking about building a writing in my journal habit, then realizing I hadn't written in my journal when talking about it.  HA!


I share a story or two.  Talk about how I'm not fine, but better.  Just didn't want this podcast to be misunderstood.  It's not about being fixed.  It's about getting to a better place and continuing on that path.  Plus, I'm vegan (no reason for saying that. heehee).
