This is a Jay Shetty heavy episode as the finish the book, Think Like a Monk. A highly suggested great read. There is so much more to come and the rabbit hole continues to happen. The next book started is called Lives of the Stoics, I'm sure that'll be talked about soon, but there is still so much ground to cover with Shetty's book. So, we'll chat there also.
