In order to be better, we have to do better. Yet, we have to admit to ourselves that, sometimes, it can be very exhausting and frustrating. When we find ourselves in a state of burnout, we forget to honor who we are in the present and we also forget that there are several factors that attribute to this state. In this episode, Roanna and Mara explore the definition and causes of burnout through a different perspective, with the hopes that we give ourselves more compassion as we go through life each day.
