Doug Casey, executive director of the Commission for Educational Technology, gave a presentation on Connecticut's Digital Equity Plan at Eastern Connecticut State University on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024. He said that although Connecticut doesn’t have an internet connection availability problem, it does have an adoption issue, especially in more rural parts of the state.
