Whether it's bodybuilding, powerlifting or just chasing the butt gains for the 'gram, eventually, somewhere, muscle groups get left by the wayside. Whether or not we have great knowledge of training methods, we are creatures of habit. From my experience on gym floors, I decided to share a few muscle groups that people don't train and in some cases, don't even know exist. Get these dialled in and you'll never be that old person wailing "ooooo me bloody hip"...
