Often I tell people the easiest dials to turn when changing the shape of their body. Stop boozing. Stop smoking. And the body WILL change. But so few are prepared to give it a sincere shot. Many are simply too addicted to their vices and frankly, mentally untrained in how to sever ties. When so much of society is geared around poisoning ourselves to be socially accepted, it can be hard to make these changes.

So today's episode is for the smokers and drinkers out there. Can they thread the needle? Do they get to have their cake (or in this case booze and cigs) and eat it. Is there some hope of getting results without ever making a sacrifice to existing lifestyle? "Oh I know what Nick's going to say", you may be thinking. Well... Don't jump to conclusions, you!
