Many will look for a PT and shop by face. Who looks the friendliest? Or perhaps there's a preference between a male and female trainer?
And that's about the long and short of the selection process. Nobody's fault. But it is worth remembering that any PT can have the gift of the gab and sell you a dream that they may not be able to deliver on.
