Lower back pain is a recurring complaint that I hear about in the gym almost every day. Sometimes, it's people who come to me with lower back pain, seemingly totally unprovoked. Sometimes, untrained individuals who begin training experience it in intense bouts. And even well conditioned, experienced strength trainees seem not to escape the dreaded lower back pain.
