So we know that HIIT training and spin classes are not very effective at helping you to lose fat. We know that sweat is just water and salt.

So when hiring a PT... what should we expect them to say when considering a fat loss plan? Some know the answer but play into the HIIT narrative anyway in order to make an easy sale. But it seems a rare few will keep it 100% with you and say the stuff that nobody wants to hear; the stuff the science agrees with but the average person doesn't want to believe.
