The current state of the housing and commercial markets is mostly frozen, but I don't think we're going to see an implosion of the residential market over the next year. The Federal Reserve has hiked interest rates at the fastest clip in the history of the United States, which has led to a depleted amount of homes for sale and fewer real estate transaction taking place. Short-term rentals are not the current problem with the housing market, and they're actually a solution for people looking for a more customizable private vacation experience for their family.
