David Brock became a "paid" musician before the age of 12. He has always been surrounded by music, especially in the family home with his Mother and Grandmother singing Opera. When he was offered the opportunity to learn how to play the piano, David jumped at the chance. David's hunger to learn took him through all genres of music, however he was strongly encouraged to play more Gospel music than any other style of music.
As David's talents grew his musical skills moved him to working with many many Gospel greats as the Late Re. James Cleveland, The Thomas Whitfield Company just to name a few. David is known as a Hymn Maestro with his unique skills of rearranging Hymns adding a flare and flavor to heighten the lyrics, message and meaning of the original Hymn.
In 2001 David accepted the call into ministry and currently serves as an Associate Minister and Musician at The Bread of Life MBC under the leadership of Pastor Robert L. DeFrance in Benton Harbor, MI.
