Pastor Reginald McCraken  organized the second oldest community choir in Chicago, The True Voices of Christ Concert Ensemble (TVOCCE) in 1970, with 20 members. The TVOCCE are an Interdenominational Community Ensemble with a present-day membership of 50 voices. The Ensemble can boast of having some of the best musicians anywhere: Min. Eric Thomas, Pierre Walker, Kamaron Jarmon, Phillip Feaster, Anthony Harmon and many others.

•In the late 1960’s he was Vice President of the Antioch Baptist Church youth choir.  A few years later he transferred his membership to Fellowship Baptist Church under the pasturage of Rev. Clay Evans where he served as Assistant Ministry of Music under the leadership of Lou Della Evans Reid affectionately known as “Mama Lou”.  He served there from 1976 until 2001.

•Reginald received his license into ministry in 1999 and was ordained in 2001. In 2002 he founded and pastors the Church of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and established by the late Rev. Bishop Clay Evans.

•In addition to Reginald McCraken and TVOCCE recording their own album “We’re Having Church”.  They appeared on other recordings as well  with artists such as Dorothy Norwood and appeared as a guest of the Mayor of Chicago at the McCormick Place for the New Millennium park in 2005.
