Rev. Hayward Anderson the eldest
of 8 children was born in Bay Minetee, Alabama.  His father taught the children how to sing in harmony and had them going from house to house singing.  After high school he entered the military where he served until honorably discharged.  He moved and settled in Connecticut where he founded and directed many choirs.

•Rev. Anderson founded Bridgeport Mass Choir which recorded 2 CD’s.  Some of the songs have just been released along with his family Hayward Anderson and the Davis Chorale Singers also Hayward Anderson and the Bridgeport Mass Choir.

•Rev. Anderson has written all of the songs for the Bridgeport Mass Choir and the Davis Chorale Singers.  The song “He Will Heal The Land” was arranged by Sister Shirley Scott, David Fairly and Rev. Anderson oversaw the music.

•Rev. Anderson has shared the stage with Frank Williams, Lillian Lilly, Rev. Milton Biggham, The Mississippi Mass Choir, The Williams Brothers and most recently with Evangelist Dorothy Norwood.

•Latest release is “Use What You’ve Got” available on all digital outlets.
