Description

In this episode, Savanna and I engage in a discussion around what it means to show up as our whole selves in relationships without abandoning ourselves. We explore topics around worthiness, people pleasing, identity, self-love, parts and inner child work, boundary setting, unmet needs, exploration of Self, and communication. We normalize the process of being human and what it means to hold these tender, vulnerable, and shadow aspects of ourselves while learning to care for them in ways that will not have us over compromise ourselves in our relationships. Savanna beautifully shares more in detail the importance of how to be in connection and integrity with ourselves and how this sets the tone and foundation for showing up more consciously with those around us.  Savannah has an upcoming offering called "Get the Love You Deserve" that covers this whole podcast episode. Please see her information below for details.
