This episode we introduce Patrick McLaughlin, a talented writer from Denver via Seattle to the podcast where we start by getting his thoughts on a few Seattle sports legends. He then discussed the details of how to maintain the reader's interest while incorporating stats into his writings, the importance of different fan opinions leading to healthy discussions and some of the factors which inspire his writing process. We then conclude Episode 93 with THAT’S ABSURD to discuss a recent comment by ex-NBA player/podcaster/analyst JJ Redick who made reference to the players from Bob Cousy's era (former Boston Celtics legend) as "plumbers and firemen".
