What can we learn from the Shunammite woman?
- a) She had Discernment: we got to be able to lead and choose through discernment, not driven by preferences but by purpose.
- b) She made room for the supernatural : she had decided to build for the man of God a “space”. We need to have a space to be accommodating God’s blessings and teachings.
- c) Servanthood produces Life: she had Conceived the promise through servanthood
- d) “Shalom” was her life theme: she didn’t let life’s issues distract her “spirit” she didn’t make room for moaning or panicking.
The Greatest Love happens in the small moments
It was at the feet of the prophet that this lady lived, breathed and depended. At the feet of the cross we find all our answers and everything comes into prospective.Let’s not focus on the Works of God at the expense of the Worship of God.
