It is important to have an unbreakable and persevering faith. Even when we feel tired or the challenges seem insurmountable, we must continue to pursue our faith. This means trusting God’s will in our lives and believing in His promises, regardless of circumstances. Abraham’s example is cited as an unbreakable model of faith that can save us, regardless of the conditions. In summary, the invitation is to pursue a stainless faith that clings to God’s will and promises.
All 10 of the lepers must have had some idea of Jesus’s merciful will , nevertheless they still decided to reach out to Jesus in the ONLY way possible.
There must be an awareness in us to Trust God’s will in our lives. Jesus prayed those famous words; Luke 22 42 saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.”
In the grand scheme Jesus was setting a picture that the only “will” that needs to be fulfilled is the fathers. Jesus was showing us to completely trust the PROCESS and not be short-sighted to trust your feelings.
All 10 of the lepers believed Jesus’s word!
Let us be reminded of Abraham’s faith - Romans 4 18 Even when there was no reason for hope, Abraham kept hoping—believing that he would become the father of many nations. For God had said to him, “That’s how many descendants you will have!” 19 And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb.20 Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. 21 He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises.
Unbreakable faith lives for God himself
