Peace is not the absence of conflict. His PEACE has nothing to do with what this world offers
WHERE IS YOUR PEACE ?
- You will not find peace in TRADITION/RELIGION: Herod’s wise men were not delivering no peace for anyone, even though they had ACCESS to the OLD TESTAMENT prophecies they couldn’t see it
- You will not find peace in a PERSON: The wise men worshipped not MARY or Joseph but only HIM!
- You will not find peace in THINGS: Before the wise men opened their expensive gifts the first thing, they did was Worship!
- You will not find peace in a PLACE: When lost the wise men went to JERUSALEM (city of Peace), PEACE was not there but in a small rural town.
Where is our PEACE? The Angels came to announce that the true SHALOM had arrived!!
So now the question is different: it’s not the where but the WHO is your peace!
My prayer is that we may carry the PEACE of JESUS even amongst the storms of life.
