Tasting Notes for the American Single Malt:
- Nose: aromas of suede, olive tapenade, honey and wood fire
- Palate: dried mango chutney and clay with silky dry fruitiness, medium-full body
- Finish: long and spicy, with wood smoke, orange marmalade on rye toast and root beer float
- “Smokey and complex; a unique, distinctively flavorful, brawny and balanced whisky. A great choice for artisan cocktails or sipping”
American Single Malt Production:
- 100% hand malted Virginal barley
- Dried with hand-cut apple wood and cherry wood smoke
- Double pot-distilled
- Mature in ex-bourbon barrels with infusions of toasted apple wood and oak chips
- 48% ABV/96 Proof
