Unpeated Islay (eye-lah) Single Malt Scotch Whisky
NOSE – Barley sugar, hint of mint before leading into the most wonderful notes of freshly cut wild flowers. After a few minutes and with water you’ll start to get caramelised fruits, lemon drops and honey, and tangerine.
PALATE – Sweet oak and barley. A combination of ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt bring closure with ocean salt.
FINISH – Medium length and warming. Low-to-no burn.
