Stories help us become who we want to become
A huge insight to take away from my guest during this episode.
When my guest was a kid, nothing was as glamorous to him as a record store. Other 10-year-olds would drag their moms to the video arcade; he would take his mom to Bleecker Bob’s in Greenwich Village.
And it was at that age... songwriting arrived in search of him. He also discovered that he was a pretty good storyteller and that he could move people by harnessing imagination and the principles of a well-told tale.
Anthony Vlahos, a chief storyteller and the head of brand and partnerships at ExecuNet shares his experience of working with senior-level executives and speaks of the benefits of Mindfulness on our mental health, especially for men, and how music connects people to one another.
