Natalie is a physical trainer and future physical therapist. She graduated from Benedictine College in 2021 and embodies the Seeking Excellence Philosophy as well as anyone I know!  She joined us for Episode 34 last year to discuss the common fruits and failures in fitness, which was one of our most listened to episodes of 2021!
