Last episode, we discussed the different subcategories of emotional excellence. The one we didn't fully get to cover was setting healthy boundaries in a relationship. 

Boundaries are meant to both keep the good in and keep the bad out. They are needed in every form of relationship from friendships to the workplace to marriage. 

In today's episode, Emily and I go through the book Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend, which you can purchase here. We also share some personal experiences where we have succeeded and failed in the realm of creating and maintaining boundaries in our different relationships.
