Australia’s Christians are going on nearly two years of rolling church closures. Their churches were shuttered as “non-essential,” while brothels continued their “essential” trade. Now, mandates are forcing churches to segregate their congregations. When some pastors and regular Christians finally had enough, they resisted these measures. Sadly, many of Australia’s institutional and popular church leaders rose not to their defense, but to counter them.
