Description

When we look at a massive creative organizations like Pixar, we are astounded with it’s size, it’s ability to put out amazing work and all the success they’ve be able to experience over the decades.

What we don’t see is all the failures and all the struggles that were experienced in the PROCESS of building it to be great.

Ed Catmull, one of the original co-founders of Pixar, had an incredible vision and goal. He wanted to create a full-length animated movie. When he made that goal, he didn’t have any idea how it was going to happen.

Here we are in the present day and I think we can all agree that that goal was reached.

So, how did he do it?

He became intentional.

That may sound simple, and it is. It’s not easy though.

To be intentional with one’s life, means to think purposely regarding everything in it.

What do you want to do with your life? What do you want to wear? How do you want to speak to others? What are your passions?

These are a few questions you can ask yourself to become more intentional.

You’ll find that when you begin to be INTENTIONAL with the way you approach life, everything changes.
