Being still can be hard for many of us including me. We allow ourselves to get so weighed down from our lives and calendars that we miss out on what is really important. The benefits of being still are tremendous! We can hear from God more clearly. We can receive answers to the questions we have. We can be of better service to others and to those we lead.
