One of the most athletically gifted big men of all time, Sabonis starred behind the Iron Curtain during the 1980s in the Soviet Union & won a Gold Medal for the Olympic Team.
While injuries hindered him after a stint in Spain and in the NBA, Sabonis was an incredible player throughout his career.
