An incredible athlete, Bonds enjoyed a terrific career with the San Francisco Giants during the early 1970s. An All-Star in the same outfield as Willie Mays, Bonds was on the fast-track to stardom with his Gold Glove-winning defense and power at the plate.
Sadly, a series of trades and Bonds’ personal demons got in the way of what could have been a Hall of Fame career.
