Tony Alva was one of the most influential skaters to have ever dropped into a pool. He was the first rock star of skating. He broke down barriers while keeping true to what he believed in. He was a member of the original Dogtown and was amongst the first to skate in a pool. He created the Alva posey and still skates to this day. Tony will forever be one of the greatest to push wood.
