Tim Couch was one of the biggest “What Ifs?” in NFL history. After a successful career in college in the pass-happy offense at the University of Kentucky, the strong-armed Couch was made the #1 overall pick by the Cleveland Browns in the 1999 NFL Draft. Although he led the Browns to the postseason in 2002, Couch suffered from the lack of an offensive line the expansion Browns provided him & retired due to the number of injuries he sustained during his professional career.
