For Brandon, his profession prompted him to meet his now wife on the first day of a new job (surprise: engaged after about 45 days) leading them to become parents. He also delves in to his experience as a child of adoption, what he was nervous about when he found out he was going to be a dad and why we wants to be present for his son.
