If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you're getting. Alex Vega was tired of feeling like crap, choosing the wrong partners and not living up to her potential. Although being a single mom is tough, she knew her son deserved her at her best. And so did she.
Vega decided to leave alcohol and other substances in the past, opening a new door to a better existence. She shares her one year anniversary with us; the ups and downs, losing friends and making lifelong connections and the benefits on her overall health, wellbeing and mental wellness. But most of all she discusses how her new firm boundaries are making her life better and influencing her son. The best is yet to come.
