Ah, family. It’s been a minute since I’ve seen most of my extended family, so catching up with my not-so-little cousin was quite a treat.
The youngest cousin in our bunch, Lauren Brooke, has always been an energetic spitfire, who’s nonstop motion. Not much has changed, except she has two tiny humans in tow. She shares how the planner in her was fortunate enough to plan both births (yes, she knows she’s lucky), how she embraces day care for the space it gives her to work and find time for herself, including her side hobby/blog/social presence, Life with Laur Brooke. Here, she discusses good deals she stumbles upon as well as products she can’t live without...and a few that she can.
Laur also delves into the struggles of her husband's work in law enforcement; the unease it can bring, especially when protests occur. And while she knows not every first responder has the best intentions, she urges people to wait for the facts before passing judgment.
