Description

Stress release. Anxiety release. Depression release. Emotional release. We all need a way to work through our shit. That outlet is intimately unique to each individual. For Courtney, a huge proponent of her mental health is painting and being unapologetic for it. But that hasn't always been the case. As a SAHM, her focus for the passed 10 years has been her family and being accessible to her kids. Yet, she found resentment in her daily life. And although she was physically present for her family, she was often distracted, longing for something else.

In this podcast, we discuss how self-care isn't selfish. Courtney shares how her journey through mothering has shifted and why she has chosen to create a space for herself. She talks about how this change has allowed her to be more at ease as well as invested in her children, and how she incorporates her kids in the things that bring her peace, solace and oneness.
