Alex is a Sport Psychologist operating in Hong Kong with ER eSports, developing eye-tracking software, offering professional player training and the first eSports Academy in Asia recognised as a qualifcation centre under Ofqual. He is in the process of writing a book regarding how the parent-child relationship in Asian countries can be improved and developed using eSports.
We talk about the similarities and differences in the High Performance environment for Sport and eSports and his approaches to teambuilding and developing positive cultures.
