Chris joins me for the very first episode of The Developer Tribe.
Chris is a tutor and worked for many years as a teacher and then ENCo (Educational Needs Coordinator).
We talk about what that role is, it's positives and difficulties, and the essential need for the provision of support to all children in schools. Chris tells us about how he strategised the role and worked with teachers whilst maintaining a keen sense of their own priorities and expectations.
