Steve Lilley is a football coach developer and the director of e-CAN's 'Pass n Support' programme.
Previously he was a county coach developer for the FA in the Gloucestershire region. He has held positions in grassroots and academy football and is a trained teacher. We talk about the direction of coach education for football in England, his plans with the new venture, and some of the successes and challenges of being a coach developer.
