Happy New Year! Hope it's going well! We're back and had the pleasure of talking to a good friend @caffynater which is her online alias. She's a great human who co runs a fantastic podcast about men's mental health with her dad called "Loving Goliath". (you can find it on Spotify and other streaming services) She also is a fellow twitch streamer under the same name of @caffynater. (yeah she likes coffee a lot).
